What keeps you awake?
Hello, young enough.. Here I am posting something new for you guys entertaiment and yes I know is like freaking 1:15am, I'm vaping while writing this..laying on my bed, CSI NY is on the TV, but of course I'm not even paying attention, must confess that at some point I just like the feeling of knowing the tv still on, but oh well..
I have to tell you guys that these couple of weeks have been rough and busy, at this time I feel right on my nerves, don't worry I'm not on the edge, but hell yeah I'm on nerves; large amount of work, school's driving me crazy, rehersals, a few bad news and well, some good ones too (but that's not stressing, lol) lots and lots of everything and by the way I'm learning how to use Snapchat not too much of my thing, still is fun. I guess that there's a lot of stuff that can keep a mind working for a while.
For obvious reasons every person is different, and we all go to sleep, but are we even resting? 'cause I think my brain is even more active while I sleep (lol). Do you know for sure what keeps you awake? Is it possible to go to sleep in peace knowing that they exist? Well, honestly, I don't know. Some of you might not be able to sleep because you reviewed all the things you did during the day, some are freaks enough to make list on their sleep, some other people will be thinking about the stuff they left pending at work/school, others might think why are they still involved in certain situation, maybe the voices inside your head are not letting you sleep.. maybe your brain likes to play overnight, that person you love is going thru a hard time, maybe you are about to take big choices.
No matter what it is we all have something that keep us awake at nights, if its good or bad just send them to sleep too, when we dream we enter into a world that is only ours and that deserves respect. If something is not acting the easy way for you do not sweat (lol) because everything in our lives gets better at the finish line.
I don't know you, but I do know what keeps me awake or what used to keep awake; all those nights trying to figure out what I did during the day, if the decisions I made were the right ones, all because nobody taught me about how to confront some things in life, however no one can give you a manual about how to deal with situations while you walking on the living path. Also when things are out of my control that's something that can drag me to the edge for real and sometimes can make me feel like there's no way out, sometimes I feel trapped..and that feeling of being trapped (obviously) keeps me awake.
But don't be fools, I mean, have you think that is not something that keeps you awake it could be something that keeps you sleeping too, something that keeps you away from reality (and not in a good way). I always give you guys my recommendations so you can avoid some stuff or so you can learn how to deal with them, but rhis time I just don't know, I just go with the flow 'till it desapears.
Remember what I always say, life does not get any easier so let's not make it harder.
I've been learning this from someone that has been thru a lot and knows stuff about life better than I do, someone that I admire and someone that I wish I could have a little of what that person have.
Live carefree and worryfree at the end is the only thing you will have. Sleep in peace when day is done is a priceless sensation.
